	Getting Started - It's As Easy As 123 Calendar Companion's hassle-free easy-to-use service allows you to upload calendar events with no special skills or training necessary. For best results we recommend Firefox or Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or later.

	Ease of Navigation Calendar Companion displays events at a glance in a monthly view. You can move forward or backward in time by clicking on the "next" or "previous" arrows or by using the handy drop-down menus. View Live Example Here!
	Handle Recurring Events Easily Repeating events are hassle-free and easy to add since they only need to be added once.
	Automatic Email Reminders Your members may sign up for automatic email reminders for any event category and those reminders may be individually configured to be sent any number of hours or days prior to an event.
	Manage Event Details Every event on your calendar has space for a detailed description of the event, including text, graphics and web links. The event description can also include event contact information such as name, email address and phone number. Event details are displayed by clicking on the event name in the calendar.
	Set Certain Events as Private Use the "private event" option to hide certain events or categories only meant to be viewed by people or staff with special password privileges.
	Customizable Calendar Event Categories Any number of custom categories can be set up to help organize your events. This allows online calendar viewers to display any or all categories when viewing the calendar. In addition, categories can be made public or private. Private categories can only be viewed by registered users who are authorized by the calendar administrator.
	Support for Multiple Calendar Administrators Events may be added or changed on your calendar by the calendar administrator, or by any registered user authorized by the administrator. These secondary administrators can be configured to have the ability to edit events in one or more of the calendar categories. Secondary administrators can also be setup to view one or more private categories. Any number of secondary administrators may be created.
	Integrate Calendar RSS Feeds with Your Web Site Calendar Companion provides the ability to display a list of the next few days' events on your organization's web site by using a standard format called RSS. Often organizations like to display their closest upcoming events on their web site's home page. 	Seamless Integration with Sermon Companion © If you are a church and are using our online Sermon Companion service you will be pleased to know that sermons you place on Sermon Companion can be made accessible directly from your Calendar Companion calendar. When you add a sermon to any date on the calendar, an audio icon will appear inside that date's box. Clicking on that audio icon will open the audio sermon in a new window.
